Wednesday, May 16. At the yards to-day, a small entry 15 cattle made up the" sale. All the sheep were sold, and nearly all the cattle. Prices show no improvement of any description of stock. forCattle.— ,Fat bullocks, £7 5s to £7 .s ; cows, £4 10s.; store cows, £2 to •£2 8s ; wean^rs, 25ar Pheep. — Wethers, 10s 9d j ewes, 8s 9d ; old ewes, 4a lOd. Pigs.— A large number came forward. Good, well-fattened porkers, 17s 6d to 31s ; bacon pigs, ap to £2 Is. Horses. — Draughts, unbroken, £15 1 to £18 12s 6d ; hacks, at usual rates.
