Tt is believed that the dynanite which has been seized ia possession of the several persons recently arrest n d was intended for widespread explosions m London. The search which has been made of Whitehead's factory at Birmingham, which was seized on the sth has disclosed the material for the wholesale manufac* ture of nitro-glycerine. In consequence ot recent discoveries at Birmingham, a detachment of troops has been sent to augment the force now garrisoned fchere. Th« two mon, Oaspy and Flanaghan, who were arreßted at Liverpool on the 31st March, charged with illegally landing explosives from Cork, have been farther examined, and committed for trial. Vienna, April 8. The burglars who attacked and strangled Herr De Waglath, the president of the Hungarian Court of Cassation, at his residence last month, have been arrested bj the police at Buda Pesth. Berlin, April 8. Intelligence is to hand from Dantzig that the river Vistula has overflowed its banks and caused serious inundation m the city and surrounding country.
