, (Before R. Ward, Esq., R.M. and Messrs A. Levy, and J. W. KEtfAH, J.PS.') I ILLICIT STILL CASE. Joseph Jesop, and Richard Peck, were charged with having an illicit still m their possession— Mr. Hawkins appeared for defendants. The Crown Prosecutor Mr Fitzherbert wished to hare the case of J. Jessop and R. Peck taken jointly, to which the Court agreed. A long argument took place between the several counsel and the Crows Pro., .secutor, as to the fresh information laid that morning. It was ultimately decided that fresh summonses should be issued on those informations, and the Court agreed to pat the case off till 12 o'clock to allow of this being done. CIVIL OASES. G.
