HIGHWAY BOARD TENDERS.
Tenders are invited by the Manawatu Highway Board, through its engineer, Mr E. J. Armstrong, for two sections of road formation and drainage m the Kairanga Block, one commencing at section 1551, (Mr Bryant's), and the other along section 1563, (Mr Bar— raud's), at the back of Mr Podevin's. Flans and specifications can be seen at the office. Tenders will close on Saturday next, at 11 a.m. For these two piecos of work there should be a considerable number of tenders, as we understand that a good many contractors are going ie for them.
