Waste Lan ds Board.
The_ordinar.y fortnightly meetjng of the Wellington Waste Lands Board was held on 'Thursday. Present— Messrs J. G. floldsworth (commissioner and chairman), H. Bunny, G. Beetham, J. Mason and W. W. Taylor. The chnirman reported that no land had been sold since .the previous meeting. Oaptain:Johnson intervi' wed the Board with reference *to O6> tain expenditure on roads m the Kairanga Block. After •some discussion it was resolved to communicate with The Manawatu Highway Board ont^e subject.
