We should not be surprised •; if there were several fenders at good figures sent m, as it : is affirmed that, 'proper ly and economically worked, the ferry is capable of returning a very substantial annual income. Mr MeCullocb, the clerk of the Council, will afford intending tenderers all necessary information on application.
