FURTHER ARRESTS. THIS "ENGLISH PREMIER. SOCIALISTS RAMPANT. (by electric tkleguaph.— copyright.) (eeuter's telegrams.) Paris, Feb. 27. A man named Byroe has been arrested here, the British Government having demanded extradition. He is charged w'th complicity m the recently disclosed Irish conspiracies. The Hon. W. E. Gladstone arrived here to-day from Cannes. He will hava an interview with the leading French statesmen during his stay, and a banquet will be given m his honor at the British Embassy. Rome, Feb. 27. Petards hava been thrown by sup* posed Socialists at three different places m the city. No damage was, however, dune, and several arrests have been made by the police.
