IMPERIAL PARLIAMENT. THE KILMAINHAM " TREATY." A ! COMMITTEE. (by electric, telegraph.— copyright.) (rbuter's tbi.egra.ms.) Londok, Feb. 27. In the House of Commons yesterday, the Marquis of Harrington; m the absence of the Premier, was requested to name a day tor the discussion of Sir Stafford Northcote's proposed motion for the appointment of a Select Committee to inquire into the circumstances connected with the alleged Kilmainham " Treaty" which led to the releaße of Mr Paroell and his associates. Lord Hartington, m reply, refused to fix* any "date for the discussion of the motion.
