SPECIAL SALE.
By official announcement elsewhere it will be seen that a further sale of land m the Cape and Opunake Districts is to be hold on the 12th hist., when 23 sections will be open for sale for cash at prices ranging from £[ to M per acre. Application can be made at the office of the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands, W. H. Trimble, Esq., on and after Monday, the 12th in=t. We understand that the land is of first-rate quality, and suitable for all classes of settlers. It is expected that for each of the sections there will be considerable competition, and that more than ope application will be lodged.
