It is elsewhere announced by" the Commissioner of Crown Lands that on Thursday, the 15th February, at 11 o'cjock m the forenoon, forty^four sec* tioas, varying m area from 40 to 640 acres will be offered- for sale by public auction, at the Institute, Master too. These «ectiohß are 'situate m- the following 'survey districts— namely, Mangaone, Tiffin, Mangapakeha, Waipawa, Wainuioro, Mount Cerberus, Aohanga, and Mount Robinson* Also, qn. JVEon-. day, the 19bn February, applications to purchase the unsold cash sections m the Pohangina survey district, Manawatu, and m the. Tokomaru block (Wangaaui), will.pe received at; the Land Office, Wellington. Twenty»five per cent of the purchase money to be paid on the day of sale, and the balance within- one month. Schedules' contain* ing particulars as to upset price, area of sections, &c, can be had on application at the Town Clerk's Oflice, Mastertou ; the offices of the Wanganui Harbor Board ; and at the Land Office, Wellington.
