Sugar, Company's No. 1 pieces, per ton,t£3s. | The Commercial Bank of Sydney has declared a dividend for the past halt year at the rate of 25 per cent, per annum. Adelaide, January 19. Wheat is quieter at s*. Town flour has declined to £11 10s to £12 per ton; country brands, £10 7s 6d to £11.
