LAND SALE. To - morrow Mr Jamas Linton wi 1 dispose of a number of valaab'e properties situated m tins district. The sata will take place at his auction rooms, the Square, ab 3 p.m. One valuable property, part of rural sections Nos 1 and 2, Karere, will be sold by order of the mortgagee, These contain upwards of 111 acres, situated about 40 chains from the railway line, and form part of the Kairanga Block. Rural section No. 544 will next be offered. 1 his section aluo fronts the Bannythorpe Road, and contains 101 acres partially improved, and on which are erected a small hoase and sheep yardd. The terms on which this pto» perty will be bold are also ot a liberal character. By order of the Public Trustee, Mr Linton will also sell rural section 66 m the Manchester Block, containing 42 acres partly improved. The above investments should induce active competition, as they ar-j known t> be worihy the attention of capitalists.
