Wellington, This Day. At the R. M. Court thi morniu ' ' Mr Hardcastle gave judgement m the lambing down case for plaintiff for £19 18s and £5 7 s costs. Mr Gully gave notice ot appea 1 . His WorsMp strongly commented on the "«se, and regarded the manner m which the plaintiff had got rid of his money, and said the nutter merited further consideration. He thought the Licensing; Bench should look into the matter next silting.
