Mr Alexander Sfcnart has succeeded m forming a Ministry, and it is anuounced that the various portfolios hare been allotted. i It is generally considered that the new Ministry is weak, and unlikely to hold office for any leng'h of time. Adelaide. January 5. < The steamship Victorian, 715 tons, owned by the Adelaide Steamship Company, came into collision to-day with the ship Gainsborough, 864 tons. The latter sustained severe damage.
