ANOTHER FAILURE.
(by telegraph.) (united press association.) Dunbdin, Jan. 4. The Loan and Mercantile Company have received the iollowing telegram : — " The Marsala reports the temperature of her refrigerating chambers reached 84 degrees on the voyage to Java, and the larger part, if not the whole, of her cargo had to be jettisoned. The actual facts have nob reached here io definite form.
