Alexander M'DOnnell would inform the inhabitants of Marlborough that he has COMMENCED BUSINESS as COOPER, opposite the Wairau Brewery, and is now prepared to receive orders for CHURNS, TUBS, BUCKETS, FIRKINS, KEGS, and other Articles in his line. Having had twelve years’ experience, he will warrant every article that leaves his place to be tight and properly made ; and as he intends to adhere strictly to a Cash Business, his prices will be found extremely moderate. Orders left at the following places will be punctually attended to : Mr. S. Bowler, Boulder Bank; Mr. W. B. Earll, Awatere; Mr. W. Ockley, Wairau Valley. SCOTT respectfully announces that he has TAKEN the above HOTEL, and that it shall be his constant endeavour to sustain the reputation which the house has hitherto bad of being one of the post comfortable hotels in the colony.
