William Morrison, Wairau Robert Aroa, Clarence. Boundaries not to be definitely settled until Plans of the Runs have been sent in as required by the Regulations. District—Clarence, Boundaries —Immediately east of the ten thousand acres previously applied for by him, and bounded on the north and east by the Clarence, and south by Mr.W. MTtae’s run; provided there be that additional land within those boundaries not previously applied for. Estimated extent—lo,oooacres. Deposit paid, £ls. District—Amuri. Boundaries-Onthe north east by a line running north-west and south-east across the junction at the Guide and the Acheron; north-west by a similar line running across the junction of the Acheron and Clarence; south-west by the north-west base of the mountain range on that side of the river Acheron; south-east by the north-eastern base of the mountain range on that side of the Acheron. Estimated extent —20,000 acres. Deposit paid, £3O. District—Awaterc. Boundaries —By the run originally applied for by E. W. Stafford, Esq.; and the northeastern boundary of Mr. H. H. Stafford's chalk range run, and the back boundaries of Major Richmond's and Dr. Bedborough’s runs. Estimated extent-Under 10,000 acres. Deposit paid, £ls. District Queen Charlotte’s Sound. Boundaries All the unsurveyed portions of islands known as the Arapawa, lying between the north entrance and the Tory Channel, to commence from Point Diffcnbach. Estimated extent-About 12,000 acres. Deposit paid, £3O. District—Picton. Boundaries —All the Crown Land between Queen Charlotte’s Sound and the Coniston Water (Kenepuru), from the boat crossing track at Taria Moana, to the north-west arm of Endeavour Inlet, Queen Charlotte’s Sound; thence by a line drawn to the north corner of section No. 10, Ohowaparuparu and to Coniston Water. Estimated extent-Under 10,000 acres. Deposit paid, £ls. District—Picton. Boundaries —East and northeast by Shakespeare Bay; south-east by highest wooded hill; south and south-west by highest wooded ridges ; west by wooded hills at the head of south-west arm of Queen Charlotte’s Sound; and on the north-west by the south-west arm of Queen Charlotte’s Sound. Estimated extent-Under 10,000 acres. Deposit paid, £ls. District—Picton. Boundaries—From Etana native reserve, on the south side of Tory Channel, to the South Heads, by the Coast Line partly, and partly by land held by T. J. Bowden in freehold; from the South Head to Rununder Point in the Straits by the Coast Line, and from Rununder Point, along the ridge to Etana native reserve. Estimated extent—Under 10,000 acres. Deposit paid, £ls. District— Port Underwood. Boundaries—On the north by land purchased by M. Aldridge, Ocean Bay, Port Underwood ; leading up the ridge on the south side of the said bay to the wooded summit; on the west by the top of hills dividing Waitohi and Port Underwood; on the south by the run granted to S. Bowler; on the east by the sea. Estimated extent—About 5000 acres. Deposit paid—£ls.
