A NEW LEAGUE.

A League of Good-Citizenship has been formed in Wyaloug; New South Wales. Its constitution is as follows : 1 The objects of the league are' to foster a sense of good citizenship in the city, town, or place wherever our lot is cast. 2. To take a kindly interest in our neighbour-s' prejudices and endeavour to dispel them for the sake of the common good. 3. To soften the bitterness of religion and political strife by making more of what we have in common and less of our differences. 4. To aid and welcome whatever would make life more pleasant in the community by providing lectures of general interest socials, concerts and picnics, where all classes can meet one another in a friendly and neighbourly way. 5. Never to miss a chance of doing a good turn to any follow citizen, no matter what his Church or faith may be. 6. To be as careful and keen for the good name of our town as we are of our own. 7. To recognise that our citizenship in the place we dwell in is still part of our greater citizenship in the State and Commonwealth of Australia. 8. To remember our motto "Our neighbour is ourself in another skin."
