UPPER MOUTERE ROAD BOARD

The usual monthly meeting was held on 26th of April, Messrs F., G., and O. Bensemann being present. Mr F. Renfemann was voted to the chair in the absence of Mr Beuke, through illness. Minutes of previous meeting read and confirmed. Accounts were passed for iSs, including Government grants. Correspondence was received irom Mr Graham, M.H.R., and from the Paymaster General re Government grants. The annual statement of accounts was presented by the secretary. Resolutions passed : —That the NeudorfBlackbird Valley and Supplejack ~Vssgif roads be repaired with gravel ; gravel be raked in on Risirsx Sun Valley road ; that Mr Henry Eggers be allowed twelve days work on his road out of thirds; that a week's work be done and culvert repaired on Supplejack Valley road ; that the matter of the road to Crispin's be held over until next meeting.
