Sir : As a shareholder in the Motueka Fruitgrowers' Society, 1 shall be glad to hear from the directors the reason why they have decided not to hold the meeting of shareholders as agreed at the meeting held a fortnight ago. Can they give any just reason or cause ? I ain, etc., Shareholder.
