I r James Hen*-y Boundy, Returning Officor for the Licensing District of Motueka,. db hereby give notice that in pursuance of the provisions of the- said Acts an ELECTION will be held for the return of FIVE QUALIFIED PERSONS to serve as members of the Licensing Committee for the said Licensing District of Motueka, and that the latest da}' for receiving Nominations of Candidates will be MONDAY, tha 16th day of March, 1903, and that a .Poll, if necessary, will' be taken at the several polling places of the said district on WEDNESDAY, the- 25th day of March 1903, between the- hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Every duly registered elector desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the said district by nomination paper as prescribed by section 99 of "The Electoral Act, *1902," given or transmitted to the Returning Officer, so as to reach him bv noon of "the said 16th day of March, 1903. Each nomination must be accompanied by a deposit of ten pounds. Schoolroom, Rockville i Schoolroom, Bainham Storeroom, Golden Ridge Schoolroom, Lower Moutere Hewetson's Cottage, Upper Moutere i Schoolroom, Ngatimoti Schoolroom, Dovedale Schoolroom, Stanley Brook Schoolroom, Baton Sahoolroom. Motupiko • Public Hall, Tadmor Post Office, Taphouse Public Hall, Murehison Schoolhouse, Fern Flat,Upper Buller Railway Station, Belgrove Temperance Hall, Wakefield Institute, Spring Grove Court House, Brightwater St George's Hall, Seddonville Schoolroom, Karamea Schoolroom, Kongahu Dated at Motueka this 6th day of March 1903J.
