That no horse, or horses, shall be driven loose along the streets of the Borough. 2. That no person, or persons, shall ride or drive round the corners of the streets of the Borough at a faster pace than Five [s] Miles an hour. Arty person offending against any of the provisions of these By-Laws, or committing any breach thereof, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding Five [s] Pounds for every such offence. H. A.
