MOTUEKA BOROUGH COUNCIL. Notice is hereby given That the following By-laws have been passed by the above Council, and that the confirmation of the same will be taken into consideration at a special meeting to be held on Tuesday; Januank jL3th, 1903 : A \iK BY-LAWS. U \ That no horse, or horses,'■shall be driven loose along the streets of the Borough. That no person, or persons, shall ride or drive round the corners of the streets of the Borough at a faster pace than Five_[s] Miles an hour. Any person offending against any of the provisions of these By-laws, or committing any breach thereof, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding Five [s] ’Pounds for every such offence.
