A match was played on the local cricket ground on Saturday last between teams representing the Brooklyn and Alotueka Cricket Clubs. The game was a one sided one, the visitors scoring 168 in one innings and their Opponents 39 in two innings, thus securing a victory in i one innings with 129 runs to ; spare.
