MOTUEKA WHARF BOARD.

A the above Board was held yesterday afternoon, all the members being present. Minutes of previous meeting read and -confirmed. Accounts amounting to L 27 8s 6d were passed for payment. Three tenders were received for the supply of kerosene for one year were received, that of Messrs Boyes and Canavan, at 8s 9d per case being accepted. An application was received from Messrs Hewetsonand Teece for leave to erect a wharf at Dower Moutere for shipping timber, they agreeing to pay wharfage at the same rate as at the Motueka wharf. Resolved, That the application be considered at the next meeting of the Board. The Wharfinger’s monthly report was read and considered satisfactory. Resolved, That Messrs Cress well and Holdaway be asked to erect shed etc., on wharf in accordance .vith their tender. This concluded the business
