Interest on the unpaid purchase money to be paid half-yearly, at the rate 'of five per cent. Tenders for any one or more of the lots (except 6 and 7) will be received Charles Thorp, Esq., Motueka, till Noon on MONDAY, 17th MARCH. The word “ Tender ” to be written on the Envelope. Delivery of the land will be given on Ist April, 1902. No tender necessarily accepted. Plans may be seen at the office of th's paper.
