LOYAL GOOD INTENTION LODGE, 1.0.0. F., M.U.

■ A meeting of the' above lodsce was held in the Lodpe! room, Riwaka,. last Wednesday evening. Bro , Ernest James, N.G., occupied the qhair, and there was a fair attendance pf members. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: N.G. Bro William Duncan ; V.G. Bro John W. Duncan ; E.S. Bro D. L. A. T. Drummond ; Guardian, Bro Nolan Rowling ; Bro Charles Fry still holds office as Permanent Secretary, and Bro W. Ryder, junr, Treasurer. The balance sheet for the six months ending December 31st 1901, duly audited was presented. The amount of 2d was received as contributions to the Sick and Funeral Fund, and the sum disbursed was 2S 4d. The contributions to the Management Fund totalled 6s 2d, and the amount paid away was 6s id. The sum of 12s 3d was received and paid in connection with lhe Wmow and Orphans' Fund. Under the heading Odier Lodges Account Fund, the contributions and payments are stated at 19s Bd. After making allowance for Bank overdraft and unpresented cheques, the Lodge has the very satisfactory credit balance of The lodge delegates to the district meeting, to be held next week, are P.P.G.M's, Bros Horatio Everett and Charles Fry.
