Otago—Palmerston South, Milton, Taieri, Mosgiel, Waitahuna, Seacliffs, Waikouaiti Oamaru, Waimate. Everywhere the greatest readiness had been shown amongst the farmers in joining the union. The Otago—Southland conference will be held at Milton on Ist, 2nd and 3rd October, and Canterbury on the Bth and 9th October.
