STOCK SALES. At Tatter-sail's on Saturday there were 55 horses offered, mostly medium worts, and only for the best, of these was there any demand. Draughts made .£l9 10s to .£2B, harness and Kiddle horses £9 a hunter ,£27, and weeds and aged light horses £2 10s and upwards. There were good entries of pigs at Saturday's markets, prices being firmer, light porkers selling at 21s to 28s, stores lis to 18s, and suckers and weaners 4s 9d to 10s. There was a moderate entry of poultry, and all classes, except ducks, sold well, competition for local consumption being keen. Hens made 2s 9d to 3s 3d, pullets 2s 9d to 4s 3d, roosters 3s to 4s 9d, ducks 4s to 5s 6d, turkey cocks 19s to 21s, and hens 5s 6d to 8s 6d, all at per pair. Johxsonville.—-Messrs Freeman R. Jackson and Co., in coujunction with Messrs Abraham and Williams, quote beef at 22s 6d ; best bullocks, .£9 2s 6d to ,£lO ; others, .£8 15s to £9 7s 6d ; lighter sorts, .£8 to .£8 12s 6d.
