PUBLIC NOTIFICATION. By John Williamson, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland. TTNDER and in pursuance or the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf by the " Auckland Waste Land Act, 4858," I hereby notify for public Information, that all those pieces or parcels of Land enumerated in the Schedule hereunto written will be open for sale on and after the twenty first day of June next, as General Country Lands, under the said " Auckland Waste Land Act, 4858 " Parish op Mangatawhiri, County of Eden.
