The Garden. —Transplant now in an open compartment, a general crop of celery in trenches; plant some young cabbage plants pretty thick, to come in for colwerts; sow also some cabbage seeds in beds, which must be kept watered ill dry weather; continue to sow and transplant lettuce and endive ; keep b ds of old and young asparagus clear from weeds with the hand; sow oiiimu for winter and spring use, and examine the beds of keeping or bulbing onions ; pull litem upas soon as the tops are decayed ; gather seeds of alt kinds as soon as ripe, as if left too long the seeds will fall out of the pods; look to the wall trees, and cut out all useless shoots, and nail the others stra'ght to the wall; keep all fruit trees I,orders clean from wied*; continue bmldinjj, and after the bud is insetted, tie a cabbage leaf over it to protect it from the rays of the sun. Sow polyanthus and auricula seed, and transplant triennial and biennial plants in showery weather; mow grass walks and lawns lo keep up a neat appearance.
