We very much regret that numerous typographical errors should have, appeared in the last number of the "Maori Messenger" published on the 3rd instant. By way of explanation aud apology we would inform our native friends, that the paper was issued prior to the printers receiving Hie proof sheet, the. translator having been engaged till late in the day in other public business which required his immediate attention.
