NOTICE. i APIECE of Laxii, known by the name 'of Mataheka, bounded on the West by the Waikato, on the North by a line from Mataheka to l'apakiringaringa, on the East by the Marainarna Hiver, and on the South by a line from Aunhi to Te Tumutumu has been offered for sale by Haimona Paitai, Hotene Erueta and others. We do not approve of this our land being sold clandestinely. We wish you to do away with the notice sent to the paper by Aihepene and the Ngatiteata tribe,, it is wrong in them to sell land secretly. Friend, the Editor of the Newspaper, do you hearken —the boundary of our land commences at Ketekaka, and runs thence to Wharangi. Te Toke, Awakanapa, Tawaruru, Te Tewa, Te Wahaotemarnngai, Te Kopuu, Marit.i Karaka, and WhangaoteKC ; this is the Waikato line. From this place the boundary runs in land to Pukekawa, continuing the line till it adjoins Ketekaka. Fiiend", Capfniu Nugent, and Mr. Johnson, will you be expeditious in sending this to the Editor of the paper in order that it may be printed so that all men may see it. —Enough.
