U. bicd Heifer ; best boar, best Sow, best bacon Pig ; best long wooled Rnm, best Merino do., best .South l)own do., best pen long wooled Hues, nut less than 3, best Merino do do., best South Down do. do., best pen of Lambs j best Plough and pair of Horses, best Plough and team of bullocks ; best 2 bushels N.U. Wheat, best 2 bushels N.U. Barley, best 2 bushels N. U. Oats, best 2 bushels N. U. Grass Seed, best sample of Cultivated Flax, Phormium tcnax ; best N, If. Cheese, not less than lOlbs, best N.U. Grape Wine, not less than 6' bottlesbeat N. U. brewed Beer, not less than 2 gal* lons, best N. U. Honey, not les3 thaii slbs., beat N. U. made Bees Wax, not less than slbs., best N. U. butter, not less than Gibs.; best pair of Turkeys, do. Geese, do. Oucks, do. Fowls ; finest Melons, best dishes of N. U. Grapes, Apples, Pears, and Stone Fruits ; best Nosegay, best Dahlia, best Chrysanthemum, and for the finest specimen of any beautiful Flower; best Cucumbers, Vegetable Marrows, Pumpkins, Potatoes, Beet, Turnips, Carrots, Onions, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Peas, Beans, And Rhubarb.

The rate of Prizes will depend on the amount of Subscriptions, and will, with further particulars, be made known previous to the Exhibition.
