Electoral Boundaries.

The report of the Commission, as an rounced last week, proposes the extinction of the Otago Central electorate, and the inclusion of Manioto County in Waitaki and Wakatipu Electorates—viz.:— Waitaki. Waitaki District comprises the whole of the Waimate County, together with the Ahuriri Riding, the Otekaikie Riding, and Riding of Waitaki County; the Hawea Riding of Vincent County; and the Lauder Riding and St Bathans Riding of Maniototo County; J also that part of the Idaburn Riding i lying to the north-west of the ridge, extending in a south-westerly direction from Mount Ida to the Maniototo Coun*ty boundary. This district a'so includes the Borough of Waimate. ! Wakatipu. Wakatipu District comprises the Lake County; the Vineent County less Havy-ea Riding now included in the Waitaki Electoial District; also that part of Maniototo County not included in the said Waitaki Electoral district hereinbefore described; t gather with the Benger Riding and the Teviot Riding of T'lapeka County, also the Wakaia Riding of Southland County, and that part of the Mataura Hiding lying to the north - of the road intersecting the Southland County boundary at the north - eastern corner of section 12, b'ock 11, Chatton Survey District, and forming the southern boundaries of secti >ns 2 to 4, block VIII; sections 1 and 3to 6, block III; sections 13 and 12, block V; sections 15 to 13, 4, and 2,block VI, of the said survey district; sections 15, 19, 14, 12 and 17a, block 11, of the Otama Survey District; and western boundary of section 6, block 11, of the said survey district. This district also includes the Arrowtown Borough, the Queenstown Borough, the Cromwell Borough, the Alexandra Bor--1 ugh, the Roxburgh B rough, and the Borough of Naseby.
