Wheat.—Good demand at Government prices. Oats. —Market more active. Milling 3s lOd to 48, bright short feed 3s 8d to 3s 9d, medium and inferior 3s 3d to 3s 6d on trucks. Rabbitskins. Market very firm at late advanced prices. Summer 16d to 19d, racks 24d to 25d, autumns 25d to 82d, incoming 35d to 37d, early winters 38d to 40d per lb, winters 42d to 56d, selected winter does to 69d, winter blacks 60d to 86d per lb. Hides.—Government have now taken these over and valuations are held every three weeks. ? Sheepskins.—Government valuation held fortnightly. I Tallow. —Market firm at late rates Rough fat 16s to 20s; tallow in tins, 26s to 28s; casks, 28s to 35s per cwt. Horsehair.— Market quiet, 16d to 17d per lb. We store and dress all classes of seed and grain. All our machinery is of the latest and moßt effective design, and is operated by practical men of long experience. General Produce Report. Butter.—Beßt salt, Is 3d per lb. Dairy butter in pate, Is 3d. Eggs.—2s Honey.—4|d per lb. Poultry.— Local roasters, 4s 6d per pair; hens, 3s 6d per pair; ducks, 4s 6d per pair.
