Messrs Waters, Ritchie rnd Co, Auctioneers, Wcol, Grain, Prodqc and Commission Agents, report whole sale for the week as under. All quotations arc subject to market fluctuations. Wheat.—Good demand at Government prices. Oats.—Market more active. Milling 3s 7d to 3s Bd, bright short feed 3s~6d, medium and inferior 3s 2d to 3s 5d on trucks. Rabbitskins.—Owing to difficulty in obtaining shipping space market is isomewhat uncertain. Summerßl4d to 6d, racks 15d to 17d, autumns 22d to Bd, incoming 29dto 34d, early winters 6d to 43d per lb. Hides.—Government have now taken hese over and valuations are held every three weeks. Sheepskins.—Government valuation held fortnightly. Tallow.—Market firm at late rates Rough fat 16s to 20s; tallow in tins, 26s to 28s; casks, 28s to 35spercwt. Horsehair.—Market easier, 16d to 17d.per lb. We Btore and dress all classes of seed and grain. All our machinery is of the latest and most effective design, and is operated by practical men of long experience. General Produce Report.
