Hospital Committee.

The monthly meeting on Tuesday evening was attended by Messrs Parker (chair), Inder, Fraser, Francis and Hore. The minutei "were read, and eonfirmed on the motion of Messrs Fraser and Francis. Jones; eggs, Mr Marslin and Mrs Lemm.—The report was received on the motion of Messrs Inder and Hore. The correspondence was largely formal. Miss Breatrica C. Reilly, of Alexandra, lodged an application for the position of probationer, and Nur3e Gray forwarded her, resignation.—The inward correspondence was received and the outward approved on the motion of Messrs Hore and Inder. On the motion of Messrs Inder and Fraser, Miss Reilly was appointed probationer, and requested to take up her duties in a fortnight. Nurse Gray's resignation was accepted and it was resolved to give her a testimonial, and also to give one to Nurse Adams, whose term of probation has expired. Resolved.—That daring th* month the groceries be got frum Mr Brown, and Mr Ward cart the coal. Accounts amounting to . £lO4 2s 5d were recommended for payment on the motion of Messrs Hora and Francis.
