Those who have been puzzled to dis cover the true nationality of Sulieman Pasha may rest content with the assertion of the London ' Times' correspondent with the Turkish army in Rounielia that Sulieman's proper name is Seal, and that he is a Frenchman by birth but a Mussulman by adoption. Wicklifl'e, of Mount Washington (who claims that he knows Osman Pasha, and has corresponded with him since he entered the Turkish servic'e).
