• ( From our Exchanges.) • ■ ' Lot-don, ;• eptember 27. Fighting has been renewed at Plevna. The Porte has not l-efused the admission of the British fleet to the Dardanelles. There are 14,000 wounded at Plevna. Chefket Pasha is forming a fortified camp at Gurkanie with the view of keeping open the road between Plevna -and Sophia, and ia reorganising another relief force for Plevna. The mobilisation of the Servian army continues. Two million francs for that purpose have been received from Russia.

Bombay, September 28. Austria still continues to maintain her neutrality. Mehemet Ali retired on Caralom owing to missing the Russians on the Lorn.

The bad weather continues. Supplies are difficult of access, and the roads are becoming impassable. Sulieman Pasha co-operates' with Mehemet Ali in attacking Biela, in pursuance 13 ordera from Seraskerat.
