Colonel Baker commands the cavalry. «. . A special telegram to the ' Star,' dated London, August 21, say 3 that Osman Pasha with a foodless army is surrounded by the Russians. His position is critical. The fighting in Asia continues. Both sides claim a victory in the la3t battle. 3000 killed.
