Sik, —I am requested by the Committee to inform .the " Subscriber" whose letter appeared in your last issue that the Committee is unable to procure more suitable ground than (hat selected within a shorter distance from JNaseby. The Committeo will feel exceedingly obliged to the subscriber if he will point out a paddock within a mile from this township, adapted for a ploughing match. We also think the. place selected is in the principle farming locality, and the most central for parties from around the district.—l am, &c., James Smith, Secretary.
