Judgment for amount claimed, £1 ss. costs of Court, and 20s. expenses of one witness. Claffy v. Salmon.—Claim £l4 lis. for goods supplied. No appearance of de fendant. Judgment for amount claimed, and costs 19s. A slaughtering license was granted to Walter Murray. Wabden's Coubt, (Before H. W. Robinson, Esq., Warden.) Application for agricultural lease by Sin Wah Chcong adjourned to 16th March. Grants.—Tail race and water race, Ah Tip ; water race, Edward Denny. Protections.—Ah Tip, withdrawn ; Ah Fang and Ah Gueng, refused; Edward Denny granted.
