HYDE.—Feb. 23.
Warden's Court. (Before H. W. Eobinson, Esq., Warden.) A special claim of twelve acres, applied for by Engleson and party, was recommended, subject to survey. The Star of Otago's application for a water race was withdrawn, as also an application for tail race of the same Company. Engleson and party's application for a tail race tunnel was also withdrawn. .■ Grants. —Extended claim, Walters and others ; water race, Star of Otago Company. An application for tail race by the Star of Otago Company was held over for settlement. In the R.M. Court a slaughtering license wa3 granted to Wm. Price.
