The application of Christopher was withdrawn. Upon the first application being called, the Chairman said thai -though the was on the whole favorable, the attention of the Bench had been called to the fact that in no case had urinals been provided. In granting the applications, the Bench made it a sine qua non that this defect should be supplied. In the cases of Read of Hyde, and Morgan of Kyeburn, which are new buildings, and elaborate plans of which are before the.
