Judgment for £3 Is. 6d., and costs 13s. Robert Donaldson v. Thomas Stanley. —Suit for £8 13s. 3d. Judgment for £3 10s.; costs, 135.; and expenses of .witnesses, 10 s. —— ♦ Warden's Cotjut. (Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., Warden.) W. E. GrifFen v. Aim Going, Tung Hook, and. Hue o\v.—For having neglected to -renew -1 a water license, No. 880, dated 22nd of December, 1872. Fined 55.,; in lieu of forfeiture of right, with costs and expenses lis.—license to be renewed, dated 22nd December, 1873.
