At a joint meeting of the Mining Association Committee and the Progress Committee, present—Messrs. Busch, Moore, Webber, Shannon, Clarke, Mulholland. Jackson, Craig, and de Lautour, held last night, the following telegrams, received by Mr. de Lautour, were, read and submitted to the meeting for their consideration :
