BIIOOKES. * | The report (inter alia) recommended that the Town Clerk take legal proceed - ings against all persons owing- rates, 'and also against owners of unregistered dogs and goats. •' - ■ FINANCE. j ' , ' The following accounts were passed for payment:—Valuators, £10; Masonic Hall Company, £1; Thomas J£ing r £l:; Win.
