WARDEN'S COURT.
FBIDAY, August 7TH, 1874. (Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., Warden. J J. F. Christian and others v. William. Guffie and others.—lnterference with a, head race by causing the head of the same to be choked with tailings.—One of the complainants (Mr. Christian) conducted the case for himself and his partners. Mr. G-. F. Rowlatt appeared for the defendants* who pleaded a general denial.—The amages were laid at £l9 10s.—Four witnesses were examined for the complaint, an'd one for the defence.—The features of the case very much resembled one heard on the 19th of Jane last,.and reported in our issue of ,the 26th of that month.—After hearing (lie evidence the Warden reserved judgment until the 17th inst r
