FBIDAY, August 7TH, 1874. (Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., Warden. J J. F. Christian and others v. William. Guffie and others.—lnterference with a, head race by causing the head of the same to be choked with tailings.—One of the complainants (Mr. Christian) conducted the case for himself and his partners. Mr. G-. F.
