July 13th. (Before B. E. Field, Esq., acting in the ab' senoe of His Honor the Jadge.) IN BANKBtTPTCY., Upon the motion of Mr. Rowlatt, Alfred Hughes Keene, of Kyeburn, coal-mf-ner, was adjudged bankrupt. The first meeting of creditors was fixed for Tuesday, the 21st inst., at 2.30 p.m., at the Court house, Naseby—the bankrupt theft and there to surrender.
